Housing Subsidy Scheme

Beneficiary:
Residents of Himachal Pradesh belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Particularly Disabled, Widowed, Minority Class, whose annual income is not more than Rs.35,000 /- and whose names are available for building houses in revenue records.
Benefits:
Grant for construction of new house for houseless people.
How To Apply
The eligible person can apply on the prescribed form, with which the annual income certificate, caste certificate, Himachali certificate, the land on which the house is proposed to be made, the copy of the copy of Jamabandi and Tatima, the panchayat issued no-objection certificate, No help has been received for making the house, it is mandatory to submit.
