A Distt. Level Cycle Rally and Mountain Biking will be organized by Department of Youth Services & Sports Kangra at Dharamshala in collaboration with District Cycling Association Kangra for the youth permanent resident of district Kangra.
On this occasion Distt. Level Cycle Rally and Mountain Biking Competition are being organized to spread awareness on the development journey of the state for past fifty years and simultaneously promote positive and drug free life style amongst the youth.
